There are so many stories and memories I have of my sweet girl. She used to follow me EVERYWHERE. If I moved, she moved. She was my sidekick with everything. Especially writing. I remember when I first moved in with my now husband. He told me he didn't want dogs in the bedroom. So I prompting grabbed my pillow and blankets. He asked where I was going and I told him I don't sleep away from my girl so I'll sleep in the spare room with her. Well needless to say, Legacy ended up sleeping with us. She always had to be touching me. When we would take car rides, she would ride in the front seat with me. She hated when we would go on vacation. She would make a point to lay in my clothes or next to my suitcase as a plea to stay home. She ruled everywhere she was. Home, the dog sitters, families house. She was tiny, but fearless. I don't have space for all the stories I want to say, but I will say that she was the light of my life. She was always there to make me feel better, and always there to make sure I was good. She would lay close to me and she was my protector. When someone got close she didn't like, she would let you know that you aren't to mess with her momma.
