I wish for one more day with you
by Gerry Candy's Dad
I wish for one more day with you
For four more walks or more
I wish that I could cuddle too
And spend the time we used to do once more.

But sadly I know it cannot be
Though if it were you'd run to me
We'd play and run in the Summer Sun
And have fun until the time was done.

Candy, even though we may rescue other animals in this life we have, none could ever take your place. You and the timing of everything that happened means things we done could only be done back then. Your place is set in all of our hearts never to be forgotten. You blessed our lives and for that we are forever grateful.

We miss you so much sweet Candy. From us all, Mum, Dad, Rachel, Erin and Dean. XXXXX
